The firm's probate court practice is focused on helping people in conservatorship proceedings, estate administration proceedings, power of attorney accounting proceedings, and trust accounting proceedings. We also help people in probate appeal proceedings in the Superior Court.

Our probate court practice has a particular emphasis on probate litigation in disputes about the conduct of fiduciaries. Fiduciaries are people, such as conservators, executors, administrators, agents, and trustees, who have a duty to put the interests of the people whom they serve before their own interests.
